Dear sir/madam One year gone but my welcome kit i didn't got and now my plan renewed but still till today my second welcome kit didn't arrived. So i registered my complaint... And the customer care assured me within a 15days my welcome kit handover to me... If that's not happened than please deactivate my plan and refund my money to my account...
