[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — debit card misused | |
Earlier i raised a request to cancel my cpp plan, because of that complaint i got a call from oneassit team from [protected] on 5th feb 2019 11:46 am. During that conversation, there were two fraud transactions happened with my bank account (Icici bank) 1. 15999/- 2. 15999/- I lost rs. 31998/-. When i raised a complaint about this fraud transaction by calling oneassist customer care, they are telling we can't help you on this fraud because your cpp plan has already been deactivated. And they are not ready to investigate on this issue. And they (Oneassist) don't even care about this issue.
