Hi I bought plan "OneAssist YU Assure Accidental Damage and Liquid Damage Protection for YU Yureka Mobile". I have given my mobile 2.5 months ago for damage claim and repair and also given the excess amount payment.Now I am really fed up of their process as my mobile is delayed again and again and I really need it now.And moreover they don't reply to the emails and the reply I get from the customer service is to wait for few days. They claim that it will not take more than 20 working days and now it has been more than 2 months.Kindly help me out how can I resolve this issue.My relationship number is 397250.
