[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Delay in Providing Services against my Damaged Laptop | |||
I have taken the extended warranty on my Microsoft Surface Book 2 laptop from One Assist Consumer Solutions private limited which is valid until April 25, 2022. I reported a claim on my laptop which was not working properly on November 02, 2020, for which all the documents were successfully verified by the company on November 05, 2020. Then they picked up my laptop on November 07, 2020. As per their policy, they had to share the laptop with the authorized service centre and provided me with the revised estimate within 1 working day. But until today i.e. November 18, 2020, they have not come back with anything. Every day they are giving false assurances. My whole business runs on that laptop and I am adversely affected due to lack of professionalism and services from One Assist. I request your support in this matter.
