[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Delay in service for insured mobile | |||
Hi, I purchased a mobile hand set of redmi-3s on dated 15th sept 2016 along with mi protect, the insurance cover provided by the one assist, on 17th of april my hand set got damaged and lodged a complaint on customer care of one assist with complaint reference no-1933572 on dated 23.04.2017 but its really pathetic experience dealing with such kind of insurance company, after doing all required formalities for taking insurance cover my phone has not been picked up for repair, i am in doubt if for picking the damaged phone after many followups taking more than a month time than what will be next for the delivery after repair. I am not sure about the authenticity about this company. Very very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
