We just want proper clarification and particular reason from your company one assist (1st party) and national insurance company (2nd party), that after providing all the relevant documents to one assist and national insurance company, on what grounds you are rejecting this claim of oppo real me 1 purchased by kunal mahajan (Device claim – service request # 3466632). Kindly reply me the proper mail mentioning all the reasons. If not satisfied with your clarification on truth grounds, i will file the petition in consumer court and in delhi court.
