[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — fraud company | |||
Hello guys I got a phone via airtel and they offered me a handset protection scheme through one assist. When my phone was damaged and raised a claim they made up all sorts of new rules and denied the claim even though when my reason was genuine. I would definitely like to take legal action against the company for cheating people and taking their grievances very lightly. If i had known i would have got insurance from other company and regretting my decision now.
