[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Fraud company, does not register imei number then refute claim

I had renewed my plan with oneassist in march 2016 and had sent all documents but when i called in august for a claim they say my imei number is not updated. I had called them in march asking them the update process and accordingly, sent all documents by email :

I had sent all attachments as requested including my imei number photo on handset and side photos of phone etc.

I expect them to resolve this asap - and give me a replacement for my damaged handset within 7-10 days as claimed

Updated by vidhi18 This is far from resolved, the ony thing communicated to me was that mail was not sufficient, I had to put EMEI number on call centre, which is false as I had an acknowledgement saying they do not require any further documents and acknowledge receipt of all docs by mail
