[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Fraud Fraud Fraud ....Company neither returning the handset nor the claim money | |||||
I had applied for claim on 13th feb, 2017. The company and all its employees were very quick and helpful during the process but then the storm came. I was told that the cost of repair is beyond claim amount so asked for my unrepaired handset back. Now its almost 1 month and no one is responding to my emails or phone calls. The telephonic guys just tell me that someone will get back to you in 48 hrs. But that never happens. I would like to warn OneAssist that if i dont get my handset back ASAP. I will sue all of you guys. Also I would like to inform all the readers that dont ever get and insurance or anythng from OneAssist. Its a total Fraud Company. Please do share the word.
