[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — fraud transaction on debit card | |||
Dear One Assist, 1. My wife Deepali tripathi (RELATIONSHIP NUMBER 1249866) had reported fraudulent transaction on her ICICI debit card on 05 Aug for an amount of Rs 7899/-. 2. Your representative told that they would send a form to fill up and submit to get this amount returned to her. However, nobody has sent any form after that although 10 days have passed now. 3. For this particular transaction in particular we are still waiting for your favourable response, failing which we will not be left with any other option but to approach consumer court for not rendering the promised services.
