[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Fraudulent insurance | |||||
I had bought a one assist insurance from mi.com while buying my redmi note 4 i am under 18 and while buying the policy there was no verification done from your side nor did they ask me for a kyc like any other insurance company but these people never mentioned it while i called and the time that mi.com gives to buy the phone makes it impossible for us to view the t&c it's a trap that these people set up and also without they verify anything provided start the insurance while filing a claim on 30.6.17 i filed a claim where i asked i was under 18 will i get the claim but there they said nothing after the verification got over on 4.7.17 they simply denied service and even did not return my money now they have even removed my insurance their customer care executives like mr daniel mr manikandan miss heena miss deepali and many other misguide the consumer while i bought the insurance they didn't check the details and now they are saying that i am wrong Was this information helpful? | |||||
