[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — generated a wallet protection policy without intimation

The Icici people are fooling customers by simply calling and telling about the benefits of being a customer and the privileges with no mention regarding the plan and policy and amount it requires, not even once . He was explaning in a way to make me believe that it's all existing policy and that i am priveleged to be its member. Their senior also call later for approval for which the support guy asked to give good review for good rating . Next moment a plan is activated and 1899 amount is deducted. Upon calling the customer care the provide 60004000 number for complaints, which is anyways unreachable since it requires STD code, which also doesn't work. My request is cancelled but waiting for full refund for such a fraud.

Within a day of policy creation i got aware of the fraud and complaint, which led to immediate closure of the policy with full refund.

Even after filing a request towards closure o[censored]nintimated opening of the policy, they have deducted additional Rs 119, and now after complaint they are closing it and providing refund of only 1899 with no mention about the 119 amount that is deducted. They can fool others with such unethical acts not me
