[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Handset not returned after a month and half of collecting it | |||
My client number is 1149133 and my samsung galaxy s7 edge handset was taken by the oneassist for repair on 5th february. It hasn't been returned till date. The people on their customer care email have stopped replying, their execs on call are hopeless and the company states an issue that insurance review is pending from another organization. Oneassist needs to understand that it is their responsibility to get back my phone within 15 working days and not my headache if another organization doesn't comply.
