[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — hdfc bank misguided to buy one assist service | |||
Dear sir, Hdfc credit card sales person insist me to buy one assist wallet to protect my credit card. No amount will deducted from account confirmed by hdfc sales person. But, amount would be debited form my account on 9th december as per notification from hdfc bank. I am not interested to buy one assist wallet. Kindly help me revert back my amount. According to your last comment, the refund amount was to be credited in my HDFC account within 7 working days. the amount of Rs.1899 was debited on 9th December 2017, today is 26th December, it has been 17 days, but the refund amount of that insurance has not yet been credited into my account..It seems Your words don't have any value..According to one assist customer service, they have sent Rs.1899 to bank on 12th December.7-10 working days have passed, when will i get back my insurance amount? please reply on immediate basis.
