Hi, ICIC bank had debited Rupees/1899 from my account for the CPP plan yesterday for the activation of plan.I was never interested in this plan.I had received a call regarding this one month back, and denied this plan for auto debited, and the caller had cut the call, and considering it as a acceptance. Later I would had called atleast 10 time to customer care of Oneassist, and they said that since the plan is not activated, they cant proceed for the cancelation.They had promised me that once the ammount is debited, full amount will be refunded. After one month, when the money has been debited, when I called cstomer care, they refuse to refund the ammount and further say that they had initiate cancellation and the ammount refunded needs to get confirmation from higher officials. I request the ICICI bank ream, that this is completely not right, and I am disappointed with the services and fraud happening at ICICI . I need full ammount is not refunded within 48 hrs, I had so much trouble calling repeatadly, and its complete injust. Was this information helpful? | |
