Dear sir, I bought redmi 7a mobile for my sister from my mi account as she doesn't know about internet much, when i order mobile it came on my name but my sister is using handset as she paid all the money, I clearly explained everything on how the device was damaged and while claiming my insurance, at the end after uploading all the documents, they rejecting simply just because she used it, i am very disappointed with company policy as i can't buy mobile to any of my family even when they are helpless in buying, they should have mentioned it earlier, also i have not received any document of terms and conditions, this is unethical and poor service of them.
