[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — insurance plan activated without my knowledge | |
I'm an hdfc bank customer. Recently i applied for a credit card. A plan was activated on my credit card without my knowledge. They said that 1399rs will be deducted. When i try to call the customer care, they never attend the call. All of them are busy all the time. Felt like a really bad service. I'm using a jio number. I'm unable send any premium sms from it to stop the service. Was this information helpful? | |
