[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — membership cancellation without notice, but, money not returned

I had taken one-assist membership for my iphone on 27 dec 2016 after paying rs 3499/-. Two weeks before i wanted to check what is the status of my membership, but, in the website my membership details was not visible. When called one-assist customer care, they said that upon my request in june they had cancelled and returned my money.
I had never called them to cancel my request, also, the amount they claim to have returned is rs 849/- only.
I've been sending emails everyday since 15-dec 2017, but, don't seem to have any response from them.
I need an explanation as to why my membership was cancelled just-like-that in-between in the year and also why only rs 849/- is claimed to be returned.
I also checked my bank details, and have not received any amount from one assist which they claimed to have returned.
I need an explanation immediately for this.

Hello,

I've already sent multiple emails starting 15-Dec, stating the problem to the ID - [protected]@oneassist.in
I've not received any response on the same, inspite of multiple reminders.
apart from the customer care number, how else to reach ??

I m credit /debit card user of hdfc bank they debit Rs1899/- from my account as one assit membership without my confirmation wants to refund it in my account.
