[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — mobile insurance claim intended rejection | |||
During the security check-in, i submitted my phone and later on phone screen found damaged (Small crack) on screen without any dent. This has been explained to one - assist and they rejected the claim stating that reason is not explained how screen was broken. This is intended claim rejection, for these type o[censored]nexpected incidents we take insurance. I have followed many forums and found many customers are not satisfied with their services. It seems that we all have to do the same thing in the back of cheating in the consumer cort agains one assist, all the customer should come together in the same way, then it will come into the society and it will know what is the power of the customer.
