[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Mobile insurance: no resolution till 3 months (rip-offs & lies from past 3 months)

Claim status now: After 3 months & false commitments provided by them 3 times, they are still not sure when they will be giving my handset back.

I initiated my claim on 12th July 2016 and they picked up my handset after 3 days.
on 1st Week of August : They emailed me to make payment and to reply them with transaction details : I did the same on same day.
I called them on 10th August: They said my handset will be ready till 20th August 2016.
I called them on 21st August: They said my handset will be ready till 2nd September 2016.
I called them on 4th September: They said my handset will be ready till 15th September 2016.
I called them on 19th September: They said my handset will be ready till 30th September 2016. I was quite angry at that time as they are giving wrong information every time. I did recorded this call where they were failed to provide correct information and they accepted that MI service center is giving them wrong information every time and they cannot assure if service center will be able to return them handset on 30th September 2016(also there is no assurance whether it will be delivered to be)

It’s been more than 3 months, they never give me any call to communicate status, they never replied to any of my email till date (have sent 4/5 emails till now).

We have received the due date of 5th November '2016 for your claim from service center, your handset will be delivered post 48 working hours after receiving the handset from the service center. Provided due date was given by authorized service center which was intimated to you from OneAssist.

Note: - Due date from the service center may change.
