Hi all, When i put my mobile on charge suddenly vibrant came and it fall away from table so my charging port was damages it needs to shake atleast to get charged every time so i have the MI protect scheme so i raised a complaint after 1 month follow up they taken my mobile for service. But after that they said your claim was rejected you didnt take care of your mobile they said. If we are putting charging means how long you will be stand back when mobile charging so left from place suddenly it happened. they said your claim was rejected Ok i but also i agreed to received my product back but they are saying for rejecting device also it will take 7 to 10 working days to deliver. What the hell services they are offering i dont know. I request all please dont trust MI proctect. go with MI mobile only. Still i am not received my mobile. given for service on 27th Mar 17. today 15Apr 17. I need the proper claim from One assist. Was this information helpful? | |||||
