This is Anandharaman, My oneassist service reference ID 1687670. In January 2nd I give my mobile for insurance claim, after some days from your side I got a call about BRR amount. For that I said that I don’t need money, give back my mobile.(declaration of mobile claim) Oneassist member said that you have to mail to leena.[protected]@oneassist.in After some days someone from one called and tell that mail to siddharth.[protected]@oeassist.in I also mailed to before 50 days that person. But no reply still now. One time I called to customer care and reach that person it takes 20 minutes, weekly trice I called to them, every time they told “ Sorry for the inconvenience sir, our back end team will call u with in 48 hours” Back end team game they call to me "With in 2 or 3 rings they cut the call" or if I attend the call means "they were not spoke make a hold after 30 seconds they cut the call". More than 20 times the back end team do like this. Without mobile more than hundred days I facing so many problems. My mobile is REDMI note 3, in this hundred days REDMI launched note 4… Was this information helpful? | |||||
