[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — money debited without my permission | |
Hi, Last november when i took hdfc credit card, it was debited for 1799 rs for one assist membership. That time when i enquired about this, they told that the membership was for one year. Yesterday (November 23rd 2017), my credit card was again debited by 1899 rs without my permission for one assist membership fee. I don't want continue membership. Nov 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I send a mail to oneassist team ([email protected]) .They asked for my registered mobile number.
I also send messages in their facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/MyOneAssist/?fref=ts) . This was more effective.They replied within minutes.After one week, i got refund. OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
