[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — money deducted from account but insurance not active till now | |
I have taken a mobile insurance from one assist on 22/02/2018 for samsung j7 pro mobile phone. They deducted the amount on same day via [protected]@payu.in. I had the transaction id-3768900. They have not activated insurance till now. I have mailed and called them so many times but not get any positive response. Some of their executives says that your number and email is not registered with them some of them says no payment done from ur side. I don't know what is going on.
