[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Money Deduction/Refund | |||||
My registered mobile no on oneassist is [protected]. I was trying to make an online payment for my mobile insurance on 20-March-2017 and i made payments of 749 two times but it was unsuccessful. While payment was debited from my A/C both times. I have already discussed about this issue with ICICI bank, according to them the payment was successful and to get in touch with one assist. I contacted with One Assist through Customer care and Mails both. But no one is giving me proper response. Even they are not giving reply of my mails. It's not just about 1500 rupees, it is about trust between customer and Consumer Solutions. Can we trust online marketing or can we think about Digital India in this kind of situation, where no is responsible for loss of customers. I don't know who will help me regarding my issue.
