[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — my call is kept in hold for 40 mins still on... | |||
I am writing this complain along with call who kept me in hold for more then 40 mins. I started speaking to your customer service representative at 19:47 pm and he kept in hold for from 19:57 onward for date 2 may 2019. My call was regarding activation of my refrigerator that got delivered 20 april 2019. So i now decide how i can get back amount refunded as i don't have any faith company like one assist who doesn't value customer & doesn't have sense of what time is. Need positive response at the earliest & i want you to take action against that executive who intentionally made me fool by keeping me hold. The call got disconnected now exatly 20:33 pm.
