[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — My mobile is not delivered | |||||
Hello sir my name is vishal saxena my mobile screen was broken so i gave my mobile handset to one assist company on 9 april and it delivery date is 15 may and they are not delivered my handset until 6 jun and when i call him they said that they are applying complaint but there is no response from that. I think they are making me fool. I call him many time on consumer care but they always not giving attention. Firstly they give me wrong tracking id which shows courier is delivered on vali gujarat and my address is alwar rajasthan and they changed my i'd is[protected] and when i check on ecomexpress.in it show shipment lock on 11 may.
