[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No reply or response regarding my claim | |||||
I have purchased an insurance policy from oneassist and they are real time cheaters. The insurance start date is october 27, 2015. Claim request raised on may 19, 2016. Claim #1405428. My phone got damaged accidentally on 18th may 2016. The phone is dropped accidentally from my hand and i claimed for the insurance which is not happening any way. Requesting my unrepaired handset back. Which is in working condition. Failing which i will approach consumer court. Please understand that you people are really messing up things, and irritating people who purchased your insurance policy. I don't know whether you people are wantonly doing this to your customers or the process it self is that long. But you are really using up peoples hard earned money.
