[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — no response from one assist for cancellation of policy which opted for damage protection | |||||
My relationship no. 507119, which i opted for mobile protection service on date june 10th, 2017 for mi4i worth 12, 999 inr. The very next day i got my mobile fallen and display got damaged. When called to oneassist they had taken complaint of claim no. 2154917, they had closed since it is falling in cooling period. I made it done with my own money the repair. Firstly they had not taken proper details, my mobile name name had taken to redmi 4 note 64 gb for mi4i mobile and it was purchased on 12th may, 2015. During their call from one of their executives i clearly mentioned this and previously my mobile got got changed mother broad and the imei number had been changed and they told to update the details in mail. Their response is too slow and taking a week to reply to a mail. I called to on of their executives many times and told to cancel my policy, as they say their representative will call within next 48 hrs but the response in zero and they are careless for giving proper response. They tried to convince me that next time my problem will be solved and for that i didn't accepted. Due to work pressure at my desk i didn't contact them for a while and my mobile got again fallen down and same display problem occurred. I tried calling them again and taken the claim 2278780. To which everything went in the same procedure like previous but ended saying the imei no.in the invoice copy and the provided details are matching so the claim has been closed. The things are nor resolved anytime and my requests are not replied and my job had not done as promised. Now they are saying that after 30 days i claimed again for cancellation policy so they want to give half of the money they paid. They give reply once in a week and they are not giving claim number for the cancellation request so that i could not tell them that i had given prior to 30 days. Their executives will not call in the stipulated 48 hrs time and now i am unable to call to customer care. I want my full refund for what paid to opt the services. To hell with oneassist and please don't go behind this fraud agents. Hope my query will be resolved soon. + Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per the telephonic conversation, we have cancelled your Membership id [protected] vide Service Request number 2358798. The refund can only be initiated if the customer cancels the plan within 10 days. As it's beyond 10 days you are not liable to get the refund. Hope this resolves your query. I should appreciate the consumer Complaints for made the things so fast. I got quick response from these people. But I fought for full refund, which didn't lead to success story of mine. They are so trained in get convincing the client and so show their charm in clarifying the loop holes of their terms and conditions. They are so confused and they try to make us to feel confused. Its waste of having chat or conversation and we should be privileged that they are giving some amount of INR as refund and they say they are always ready for uninterrupted services but they interrupt always calling when we are so busy and they taken that as a reason and say we are unresponsive. They say they called to take information and without taking proper details they end the call and things happen as above said conversations.To hell dealing with the entire team and I forever regret of opting their services. Its my sincere request its better to prevent rather than committing mistake. They are ready to convince the customer with their so called said norms or terms & conditions, I pity that they are loosing their brand name and make people to think again before opting for services. Its a forever good bye and for whole this session i paid 50% of the protection plan. Thank you so much ONEASSIST.
