[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — non refund of double payment while renew of insurance | |||
Worst service experience ever. Customer for last 3 years but sorry to say that the company is not professional at all. On 09.04.2018 i have renewed my membership with inr1299/- on the same day inr1399/-{without prior intimation} was deducted from my credit card for the same purpose. So there is a simple case of double payment for same policy. I have contacted the customer care then shared the bank account statements with full details in the chat. The executive asked Me to mail the details to [protected]@oneassist.in which i did but till now no refund was made. Customer support is not cooperative and not Responded to my mail. I don't know i am going to get the refund or not. If For a double payment company is unable to refund i really doubt about the Claims made on it. Really very bad experience.
