[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Not provide the invoice | |||||
I renewed my mobile phone insurance policy online after i was provided a link by the one assist executive. I paid rs 2559 for the insurance and the policy was renewed. After few days the policy kit was delivered to me but with no invoice. The invoice is required because i need to get it reimbursed from my company. I got a strange reply from the customer care executive that one assist does not provide the invoices. Was this information helpful? | |||||
