[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Note 3 insurance | |||||
I purchase a handset online from the compani xiaomi and was given an add on insurance with the cell phone. On accidently damage to the phone i have raised the claim request to the company which was closed by the company saying the documents were not uploaded. Further inquiry suggested i have not updated that my cell phone was in my hand or in my pocket while the accident happened therefore the request was closed. The important thing is that i have called the customer care executive to know exactly what i need to mention in the description and he told me to updated the exact location of the accident mentioning the address.
