[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — One assist amount being charged forcefully | |||||
One Assist product was being given to me wherein I cancelled the same within 30 days period time. Still the product was being cancelled after 30 days and I am being charged for it wherein I didn't wanted the product. Also the One Assist executive didn't guide me properly for the same because of which I am facing problems. HDFC person told me that the product is mandatory or else your card won't get activated, so only at that particular time I told him that I don't want that product.
