Hai there. I received a document via bluedart yesterday and it is regarding my one assist membership which i never signed up for during credit card application or any. Its linked to my hdfc credit card though. My membership details given in this bunch of papers as follows, Relationship no: 3204623 Plan name: enhanced wa power single plan Validity: 04/12/2018 Attaching scanned copy of same. Based on 6th point on terms and conditions, i would like to terminate this service immediately within the look-in period and not willing to pay against any bill raising against this particular. My email was getting no valid response from the customer care. How can i even trust such a firm to protect my cards anyway. I want this service to be terminated immediately. Thank you.
