[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — One Assist- Fraud Company looted my Rs.1899 | |
Dear All, This company debited Rs.1899 yesterday from my ICICI bank account without my consent . Two of the employees of OneAssist called me yesterday and tried hard to convince me for the plan but I denied. Even after this they activated the plan and sent me the message of plan activation and amount debited. When I called One Assist Customer Care to deactivate the plan and refund my amount they clearly denied saying there is no procedure to deactivate except activation.
