Dear All, This company debited Rs.1899 yesterday from my ICICI bank account without my consent . Two of the employees of OneAssist called me yesterday and tried hard to convince me for the plan but I denied. Even after this they activated the plan and sent me the message of plan activation and amount debited. When I called One Assist Customer Care to deactivate the plan and refund my amount they clearly denied saying there is no procedure to deactivate except activation. My humble request to everyone not to trust this cheater company and answers the calls from them. I have lost my trust. Deactivate the plan and refund my money ASAP.
