[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist is not cancelling my mac book air damage protection plan even after several calls

Dear sir,

I had requested one assist to cancel my mac insurance policy on 29-july-2017 via email sent to [protected]@oneassist.in
The policy was taken on 16-july-2017 relationship 2232623 insurance [protected]-296
Since then i have made several calls to their call centre and have requested them to cancel my policy and credit my amount of rs 4000 back to my saving account, but all efforts are in vain. They are not cancelling my insurance policy.

Updated by Dr.Rati Chandra oh god !!!this is such a scam within 5 min I received some 10 calls claiming that they are calling from consumer department they all wanted my debit cards details on phone...when I tried cross questing them they all hang up the phone palm faced...Please don't trust this site
