I have been charged rs1299 as oneassist membership fee from my credit card without any prior intimation or approval taken. I have already logged a complaint with the hdfc bank. Reference id - [protected]. Today i received a call from oneassist saying that they cannot cancel my membership. I need to know why it is not possible for them to cancel the membership which was started without informing the customer. I need my complete refund of rs1299 which was deducted from my credit card or else i will discontinue my hdfc credit card. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
