[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist - membership fees | |
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 6660 without my concern on date:21/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department last year renewal period. Why didnot send any message or call for renewal. That if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap. With regards. C.
