Hi,
Please let me know in the attached insurance policy which was issued while i am taking the mobile insurance, about third time non-coverage, Neither In the policy nor i was intimated about this non coverage before taking the insurance.
I feel dejected and frustrated, if you know in advance per policy that you will not cover for third time why did you collected my damaged handset this time? Not able to answer?
When will you return the damaged handset, i have to got consumer rights no other option left with for this kind of cheating.
Serve better to earn customers, even i have referred many of my friends & for my family also i bought, i feel now it is worthless spending and cheated.

However, as per terms and conditions a customer can only claim twice in a year. As it is your third claim, it was rejected by the Insurance Company. Request you to go through the terms and conditions again.
