Hi i want to complaint about oneassist actually i have a hdfc credit card oneassist activated a 1399 plan for my card without my knowledge and deducted 1399 from my hdfc credit card. I call them but they dont gave me a good response. Very shameful for oneassist company. Now i want to cancel this plan and refund my money..
