[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — one assist services deactivation and refund | |
Dear sir/maam I got a call this morning about the one assist services to be activated on my axis bank account. They have charged me with Rs. 1899 which has been deduced from my bank account on 26.11.2018 I have tried calling the cpp helpline and they have informed me that no membership has been activated for my bank account. Also i had filed a complain with axis bank but they directed me to liaise the matter with one assist. So, I want a cancellation of any membership that has been activated and also i want a refund of the same account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
