Hello there I have cancelled my membership plan on 26 August 2020 my membership plan was cancelled successfully.But one assist service debited balance of 1399 Rs from my Axis Bank account on 29 August 2020. After it I told it to one assist service customer care they told me that money will be refunded by 1 September 2020 and today the date is going on 3 September 2020 and payment is not yet received .Know when I chat with one assist service they told the money will be refund by 10-12 days.I want my money back as soon as.
