[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Phone not delivered over 30 days and misinformation by customer care | |||||
My phone xiaomi note 4 is with one assist since 30 days. I got a call 2 weeks back that your case has been put on priority and will delivered by wednesday or later this week. 10 days passed, frustrated i called back and they kept saying that 7th june. I called back, they said tomorrow, 8th june and your phone will be delivered within 24-48hours. I called back today, the executive told to wait more. The entire conversation was very generic with no regards or remorse to get my phone back. Just checking with backend and the callcentre guy getting me generic data. I really request you to get me my phone. It is urgent. My phone had a very small crack and it has taken 30 days for your entire procedure but still i dont have my phone. I dont know whether any repair has been done or not. I have lost faith in one assist. I need my phone urgently. Worst customer care ever. If this is the service, no one will take insurance from you.
