Hi Team,

Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. The company is deducting my money from my bank account from last 2 years.

I got an email from " REFUND TEAM <[protected]@india.com>" with the subject line "Regarding your complaint for Oneassist Consumer Solution"asking my contact details.Upon giving my phone number. A guy called me and pretended to be from "Consumer complaints and assured me that I will get back my money within 1 minute. And tried to take my card details so that he can deduct 18999 from my account which numbers look very similar to my refund amount. Kindly tale care of it ASAP. Also I am wondering how someone got my email ID from this forum and got to know that I have raised a complain. The number from which I got a call is "[protected]".
