How can you add me again in this year as membership without my confirmation. Money is deducting from my credit card. Is there any possibility to refund them. Apr 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, I got message from BW-HDFCBK as, "OneAssist membership fee has been debited on your cared ending [XXXXX]. Membership will be processed and Welcome kit dispatched shortly."
I don't want any membership with oneassist. Please refund my money(1801.2/-) last year also money deducted. I can't share my credit card details.
