[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — please deactivate my one assist plan | |||
I have been repeatedly calling one assist customer care, everyone is working from home, i dont know weather they are lying or what. Its been three days i talked to customer care office and executive raised my complaint regarding cancellation of my plan, and assured me that i will receive a mail regarding complaint no and also receive a call within 48 hours from their executive. But till now i have not received any mail or call from them. It is humble request to please cancel my one assist plan asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
