Dear sir/madam, Last year once rs.1799 once deducted from my account i called your customer care and told them to deactivate oneassist service. But on 27th march 2018, again i recieved a renewal notification mail from oneassist team that on 11/4/2018 rs. 1799 will deducted from my icici bank account. How many long days do you need to deactivate a account?Every day somebody call me from your side and trying to convience me..
No more call now..Deativate the service asap and also drop down a deactivation mail regarding this.Otherwise will go to Consumer forum.
