[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — please deactivate your plan from my account | |||
Last year rs.2499 got debited from my account in the name of one-assist. I complained to my bank (Axis bank) but they didn't look into the issue. I never used any one assist services and this year 1200+ got debited from my account. Please cancel the plan and refund my money as i am not using any of your services. Debiting the money without intimating the customer is not appreciable from your part. Kindly refund my money Was this information helpful? | |||
