[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — please remove this plan from my card | |||
Hello there I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I don't know how this plan has been activated on my credit card. At the time of taking card, the hdfc employer said that there is no charge, it is free for life time. Don't know then how this plan has been activated on my credit card even i don't recieved yet and getting such a crap plan. Please team remove it otherwise i will do my level best to teach you lesson. Man is earning money by doing hard work and you are cutting Please deactivate and refund my m money by fraud activity. Date of incident : 3:53 pm. 26 july 2018 Hdfc credit card no.
